Foundation is a reactive service that provides you with the same high level of care and advice as the other service levels but there is no ongoing charge.
You only engage us when you need to, a bit like Pay-as-you-go.
You have a menu of available services to choose from and the cost for each of those services is clearly identified so that you can tailor it to your needs.
Foundation does not include any ongoing advice from us and is completely dependent on you contacting us when you have identified any further issues that you want us to investigate.
This will be most suitable for you if you only require ad-hoc advice as and when you chose.
Premier is a proactive service from which you will benefit from our continued ongoing and professional service.
By engaging this service you will have the peace of mind that your plans and objectives are under regular review. We will work with you to make sure that your plans still dovetail with any changes in your circumstances or goals.
Annual meeting and review of policies for suitability and performance.
Annual valuation of all policies.
Residential mortgage review.
Reasonable phone and email communication. (fair use policy applies at the discretion of James & James)
Fund switching as required.
Changes to regular premiums/withdrawals for pensions and investments and ad-hoc investment withdrawals.
Completion/amendment of Trust Forms as required.
The Wealth Management service allows us to work closely with you to analyse and quantify your financial goals and aspirations throughout your life. We will help you construct and implement a long term structured financial map.
Financial Life Planning. Designed to take into account all income and expenditure and to identify any financial pitfalls that may prevent you from achieving your medium and long term financial goals and to recommend ways to bridge or avoid them.
Wealth Management service automatically includes all of the Premier services of:
*Notification of Change of name / address to providers. *Trust forms completion / amendment.
*Fund switching. *Regular premium / withdrawal changes for pensions & investments.
Plus:-
Bi-annual valuation of all policies.

IHT Planning & Will writing
At James & James we are very transparent and open on all our fees and charges.
Because of the variety, complexity and differing needs of clients, your adviser will explain and discuss our charges with you when he has had an opportunity to discuss your needs with you.
